The role is expected to: • Establish and institutionalize an IMCC-driven operating framework integrating planning, execution, monitoring and reporting. • Integrate all mining operations through technological development and develop digital twin of the mine as per management mandate • Drive effective implementation, adoption and disciplined usage of digital mining systems across site operations. • Ensure integrity, reliability and governance of operational data and reporting systems. • Enable real-time monitoring of production, equipment performance and operational efficiency through IMCC. • Develop scalable and sustainable digital systems aligned with long-term mining and operational objectives. • Strengthen coordination across operations, planning, geology, maintenance, survey and contractor teams. • Promote a performance-oriented and analytics-driven operational environment. Functional Scope - The role will oversee and drive: Digital Mining Systems • Fleet Management Systems (FMS) • Mine Planning Systems • Geological Modelling Systems • Drilling & Blasting Systems • Survey, Scanning and Monitoring Systems IMCC Operations • Digital implementation and developing digital twin • Centralised planning, monitoring and dispatch coordination • Fleet utilisation and cycle-time monitoring • Real-time production tracking and operational reporting • Incident escalation and operational coordination Data, MIS & Analytics • Operational dashboards and MIS reporting • Data validation and reporting governance • Performance analytics and operational insights System Governance & Integration • Cross-functional system integration and coordination • Vendor and technology partner management • SOP implementation and process discipline Key Responsibilities A. IMCC Leadership & Operations • Lead end-to-end IMCC operations including monitoring, dispatch coordination, reporting and operational review mechanisms. • Establish structured workflows, escalation protocols and reporting systems within IMCC. • Ensure effective coordination between IMCC and field execution teams. B. Digital Systems Management • Drive implementation, optimisation and utilisation of digital mining platforms across operations. • Ensure effective deployment and usage of fleet management, planning, geological, blasting and survey systems. • Coordinate with technology vendors and implementation partners to ensure system reliability and performance. • Support integration and alignment of digital systems with operational processes. C. Operational Analytics & Reporting • Monitor operational performance including production, equipment utilisation and cycle efficiency through IMCC systems. • Develop standardised MIS dashboards, operational reports and performance tracking mechanisms. • Enable data-based operational reviews and decision-making across departments. D. Data Governance & System Discipline • Ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness of operational data and reporting. • Drive compliance and discipline in system usage across operational and contractor teams. • Establish data validation, audit and reporting control mechanisms. E. Cross-Functional Coordination • Work closely with operations, planning, geology, survey, maintenance and contractor teams for operational alignment. • Ensure integration of planning outputs with field execution and monitoring systems. • Facilitate coordination between technology systems and on-ground operational requirements. F. Compliance & Process Governance • Ensure readiness for audits, inspections and system reviews. • Strengthen SOPs, documentation standards and operational governance processes. • Ensure compliance with statutory, safety and internal reporting requirements. Success Metrics / KPIs - The role will be evaluated on: • Reliability and uptime of IMCC systems • Accuracy and timeliness of operational reporting • Improvement in fleet utilisation and cycle-time efficiency • Accuracy of production tracking and operational monitoring • Adoption and effective utilisation of digital systems across teams • Compliance with reporting, governance and operational protocols • Improvement in operational efficiency through analytics and monitoring Stakeholder Management - The role will closely interact with: • Mining Operations Team • Planning & Survey Teams • Geology Team • Maintenance Team • Projects & Infrastructure Team • Finance & Commercial Team • HR & IR Team • Safety & Environment Team • Technology vendors and implementation partners • Contractors and external service providers Reporting Structure Reporting To: COO Direct Team • IMCC Lead / FMS Champion • Planning & Analytics Team • Survey & Data Teams • Systems & Network Support Team • IMCC Operators / Controllers • Any other profile which may be identified as part of IMCC
